Almond Cardamom Protein Shake

With approximately 32 gram protein: This Almond cardamom protein shake is perfect post-workout and tastes like all the flavors of fall

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 5 oz water

  • 3/4 banana

  • 1 1/4 tbsp Ground Up Nut Butters (Almond & Cashew Butter with Coconut, Cardamom, and Chia Seed)

  • 2 scoops Naked Pea Protein

Instructions:

  1. Add Liquids First:
    Start by adding the almond milk and water to your blender. Always add liquids first to help your blender work efficiently and ensure a smooth consistency.

  2. Add Remaining Ingredients:
    Follow with the banana, nut butter, and pea protein. Adding the heavier ingredients on top of the liquid helps them blend more easily and prevents sticking.

  3. Blend:
    Blend on high for 30-60 seconds, or until the smoothie is creamy and smooth. If needed, stop halfway through and scrape down the sides to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated.

  4. Serve:
    Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. This smoothie is perfect as a post-workout recovery drink or a quick, nutritious snack.
