Guacamole
This simple guacamole recipe is vibrant, fresh, and packed with flavor. It’s made with creamy avocados, finely chopped shallots, bright lime juice, and a touch of heat from Serrano peppers. Whether served with chips, tacos, or breakfast eggs, it never disappoints.
Ingredients:
4–6 ripe avocados
1 small bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1–2 shallots or 1/4 red onion, finely chopped (shallots preferred for a milder bite)
Juice of 3–4 limes (more to taste)
2–4 Serrano peppers, finely chopped (adjust to heat preference)
Salt (don’t be shy!)

Finely chop the cilantro, shallots, and Serrano peppers. Halve the avocados and scoop them into a large bowl.Mix:
Add all ingredients to the bowl and mash gently with a fork or potato masher—leaving some chunks if you like texture.Season:
